Our return policy is simple: if you don't like what you ordered, just send the item back to us and we will refund your credit card or we will give you a credit for the same amount, whichever you prefer.
Our aim is customer's satisfaction.
Terms for refunds are:
The item must be in pristine state (no scratches on the lenses or on the frame)
The item must be posted within 30 days your received it, otherwise it may be not eligible for a refund or an exchange
The item can be returned to us by Registered Air Mail or by Federal Express (please do not use other express couriers)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our side (wrong order shipped, etc.)
Please make sure the items are secure and protected when you ship the products back: we are not responsible for damages or losses occurred during the shipment back: if we receive them broken we can't accept the return.
If you live in the USA and you would like to cut down the high costs of international shipments, you can take advantage of our mailbox in Florida.
Service has a cost of $10.00 for each item returned through the mailbox, to cover costs of shipping them back to us.
It is mandatory to get a Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping back the items.
