Our return policy is simple: if you don't like what you ordered, just send the item back to us and we will refund your credit card or we will give you a credit for the same amount, whichever you prefer.
Our aim is customer satisfaction.

Terms for refunds are:
- The item must be in pristine state (no scratches on the lenses or on the frame)
- The item must be posted before the 30th day after our shipping date
- The item can be returned to us by Registered Air Mail or by Federal Express (please do not use other express couriers)
- Orders taking advantage of the Free Shipping promotion (USA & EU) are subjected to a 7.5% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for what could happen to the sunglasses during shipment back: if we receive them broken we can't accept the return.
Disclaimer:
All the items are well-packed to avoid damages during shipment, damages or losses of the parcel are rare, but they could happen.
CARE: remember that these products come from a foreign country therefore are subject to Custom duties on importation.
To facilitate the re-importation procedure, please declare the item as "Commercial sample with no value", or we will have to charge you for any duties levied on to us by the Authorities.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by a fault on our part (wrong order shipped, etc.).
It is mandatory to get a Return Authorization Number before shipping back the items. This will allow us to recognize your return and to accept it.
Please fill in the Return authorization form - Customer Service will then contact you with the R.A.N. and all the information you need to return.
