All sunglasses you purchase from us come directly from the manufacturer, with their original case (hard or soft, depending on the frame), original cleaning cloth if available for the brand, and all the papers from the manufacturer or the official distributor. Some brands have also the designer's certificate of authenticity.
United Shades (Ottica Meloni Dot Com srl) ensures that your purchase is 100% authentic and takes all the responsibility of this declaration.Warranty All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer through Unitedshades on factory defects for one year, it means that Unitedshades will replace the defective product at no cost for you (shipping costs may be not included, please read full replacement policy here ).
Returns To ensure your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund any Unitedshades.com purchase in its original condition, when accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original box. Certain restrictions apply - read more in the Return Policy below.
Insured shipments Every purchase on Unitedshades.com is insured for the full amount of the item(s) in the shipment, if Federal Express is the selected shipping method. If there are any issues with your shipment, contact our Help Desk department immediately.
Credit card charges At the time of order, your credit card will be only authorized for the full amount. Authorization only reserves the funds on your credit card but doesn't withdrawn them. Your credit card will be effectively charged only when we are ready to ship your order.
Your privacy Unitedshades.com won't sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We won't sell, rent or trade any customer information.
Return policy
Our return policy is simple: if you don't like what you ordered, just send the item back to us and we will refund your credit card or we will give you a credit for the same amount, whichever you prefer.
Our aim is customer's satisfaction.
Terms for refunds are:
The item must be in pristine state (no scratches on the lenses or on the frame)
The item must be posted within 30 days your received it, otherwise you may be not eligible for a full or partial refund
The item can be returned to us by Registered Air Mail or by Federal Express (please do not use other express couriers)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you are returning for an exchange caused by a fault of ours (wrong order shipped, etc.)
Orders taking advantage of free shipping promotion are subjected to a 7.5% restocking fee.
Please take care of the packaging when you ship the products back: we are not responsible for what could happen to them during the travel: if we receive them broken we can't accept the return.
If you live in the USA and you want to cut down the high costs of international shipments, you can take advantage of our Florida mailbox.
Service has a cost of $10.00 for each item returned through the mailbox, to cover costs to ship them back to us.
It is mandatory to get a Return Authorization Number before shipping back the items.
