Our return policy is simple: if you don't like what you ordered, you can return it for a refund or to change it for another product. Customer's satisfaction is our main goal.
Terms for refunds/changes are:
Product should be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. We understand that sometimes that is not possible, but late returns are subject to prior approval. If for any reason you are out the 30 day return policy, please contact us first.
This is mandatory term (and also a matter of good sense): item must be in pristine state, no scratches on the lenses or on the frame, it must not show any sign of being worn more than the time necessary to try it.
We do not apply any restocking-fee on your returns, but all products are technically inspected before processing the credit or a change.
In case the returned product is damaged, scratched, not in the pristine state, or missing of part of its packaging, we reserve the right to not accept the return or to apply a repairing fee. Please always let us know in advance of any problem about the returning good.
Please fill in the Return Authorization form - if your order is still within the 30 days from the delivery date, you will immediately receive the authorization and all the information you need to know for a quick and safe return.
It is mandatory to get the Return Authorization before shipping back the items (thank you).
Shipping charges (eventually) included in your order are refunded too, express delivery surcharge are excluded.
Free Returns: orders from Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom can be returned at our expense. Ask us if you need more information.
Shipping charges for orders from outside the European Union are not refunded.
If you live in the United States, you can take advantage of our return mailbox in Florida to avoid international returns - you can return with USPS.
There are few do's and don'ts to ensure your return arrives safely:
Make sure the item(s) is wellpacked and protected against shocks during the transit.
Possibly use the same cardboard box we used to dispatch the order to you, if no more available, find a robust box proportionate to the product(s) you are returning.
Do not put the product just inside a plastic bag or a letter envelope! They do not offer any protection against the shocks and crushes.
